McClatchy sought to refresh their identity to more accurately reflect the needs of an evolving digital landscape. Additionally, McClatchy's online presence needed to convey a more realistic glimpse of their varied business interests, from innovative storytelling and acquisitions to community engagement and digital marketing services. Finally, the organization was looking to engage with a new audience of readers, investors, marketers, and job seekers.
